To cancel or reschedule, please go to your app profile under bookings to make changes 24-hours prior to your booked session to avoid any booking fees, or contact Gingy directly. Any cancellation after 24-hour prior to your booked sessions is considered a late cancel and will be charged accordingly. We appreciate your business and for observing our cancellation policies.
