Service Description

Cardio High Intensity Interval Training Pilates is a full body, low impact, cardio vascular workout that helps with strength training and enhancing flexibility. Whether you are trying to lose weight, sculpt and tone your abs and glutes, or simply looking for fun full body workout, Cardio HIIT Pilates will work for you! We use everything Pilates with the use of the Barre, TRX, Chair, BOSU, weights, Reformer & Tower with 60-90 seconds on each station. Get ready to sweat, burn & glow!
