Service Description
Learn the fundamentals and principles of Pilates and basic verbiages for the use of the Reformer, Tower & Exo-Chair. Although this is a basic beginner class, some of the exercises can be challenging as you discover new muscles that you may have not used to strengthen or stretch for a while.
